I always knew evolution Royal blue Vegeta was more powerful than 20 times blue kaioken Goku. I’d think though that as experienced Goku was with Kaioken he’d been doing 50 times by now.

Has been stated that they're equal in these forms, the only factor that lets Vegeta take the W is that Kaioken puts a huge strain on Goku's stamina, he can't be as consistent with it as Vegeta would be with Ssjbe. Goku COULD win only if he got the work done quickly, which, considering there's hardly a gap between them, would be quite hard. Imagine an hypothetical Ssjbekkx20 Goku, that'd be strong as hell but really hard to sustain.
