The DNC needs to have a contingency plan, REGARDLESS of whether they expect Biden to step down. They need to have a strong front runner organized and ready asap, if they don’t already. I don’t understand why there is no rule in these debates that if your opponent challenges your claim, you have to provide evidence to back it up. Give them the questions, let them prepare, and have the evidence to back their answers. Proper debate.
