*UPDATE* : Well, judging from the Space Marine 2 trailer, it looks like Titus crossed the Rubicon Primaris.

*PLEASE NOTE* : This video is about what may have happened to Titus after being taken into Inquisitorial custody, _NOT_ as to why he was able to remain seemingly uncorrupted from his exposure to the Psychic Scourge.
For that particular topic, check out our video "The Purity of Captain Titus" at the link down below:

Leandros is the kind of Space Marine that makes Guilliman cringe internally.

*Titus watches the hatch close on the inquisitorial shuttles*
You took long enough...
*Titus pulls back his syn-skin face mask*
*Inquisitor pulls back his syn-skin face mask*
*Alpharius fist bumps Alpharius*
*...AC DC play a top the shuttle as it launches into orbit*

Seeing as the game had the Blood Ravens show up, he was probably stol- I mean, 'acquired' by the chapter as a gift.

He's an Ultramarine. So obviously he died offscreen. Cuz that's the only time their allowed to die

My brain failed for a moment when I noticed that Cato Sicarius was being quoted, but I wasn't hearing the really absurd TTS voice deliver said quote.

Well Roboute Guilliman bring him back, I mean he's hanging with Yvraine and those wierdly long night peace talks but he won't help an Ultramarine bro that isn't hated by the community and is liked by it.

The devs said that they had planned to have Titus go renegade and eventually come to found his own chapter. Man, I wish sequels had been made.

The Blood Ravens obviously stole him, along with Mira... And then they made Ultrababies to give the Ravens better recruits.

I heard that the developers mentioned that in the theoretical sequel he'd have been made chapter master of his own chapter. On account of his warp resistance they made an offshoot chapter for him.

Loved this game. This is what got me into 40k. Wish the sequels were made.

Simple. Cato Sicarus stabbed him in the back so he could take over the Second Company.

Everyone always asks "What happened to Captain Titus?" but noone ever asks "What could've possibly have happened to Leandros?" because that one definitely deserved some kind of punishment considering that he basically betrayed his own chapter by involving the inquisition directly despite being of no rank to do that.

Actually this was answered in a way by the Game Director for Space Marine way back in 2013 --

According to Game Director Raphael van Lierop, the plan was to make a Space Marine trilogy focusing on Captain Titus.

“I had some big plans for Titus, ” van Lierop told PAR. “The second part of his story was to focus on a ‘Titus Unleashed’ plot—basically there were forces arrayed against him that would see his loyalty to the Adeptus Astartes pushed to its limit, and his reaction would be to kind of ‘go rogue, ’ and we'd see a different Titus, not quite as in control as we saw him in Space Marine. He would be kicked out as a consequence—exiled, which would basically be a death sentence for him.”

The sequel would've been a much more aggressive game than the first one, which showed Titus and his marines take down all sorts of enemies, from Orcs to Chaos forces.

The third would bring things to an epic conclusion, according to van Lierop.

“He would survive, and come back even stronger in the third game, where other Space Marines still loyal to him would rally around him and he'd return to ‘clean house, ’ but as the head of a brand new Chapter that we would build around him.”

-- So if we are to take the interview as canon for Titus' character, he at some point returns to the Ultra-Marines or resumes activities with another Chapter, only to be exiled later due to his not following orders or something of the like to accomplish a goal. He then returns from Exile in a 3rd game, raising a brand new chapter around him and he would presumably save the day, likely ending his exile and becoming Chapter Master of whatever Chapter he unintentionally or intentionally created.

Its tragic that financial issues prevented this from coming to pass, as a trilogy of games this has amazing potential. I hope we someday see it, or at least a similar playing game that depicts the Space Marines properly again.

I'm reading the quote by Cat Sicarus in the TTS voice in my head

I think we badly need a follow-up on "Space Marine", since a sequal was already planned but THQ went under so it never saw the light of day.

Ultramarines: this book must be followed to the letter!

Titus: lets think outside the box"

Leandros: **austistic screams**

i always assumed Titus was a low level blank, and that's how he resisted the warp.
as for his fate I prefer the idea of Titus becoming a inquisitor then sometime down the road running into Leandros
