Traveling is the right to move freely between states, and is recognized in the U.S. Constitution. The right to travel does not require a driver's license

This is what the idiots say that claim they are "sovereign citizens" and cut, county, state, and national laws don't apply to them. They attempt to buy vehicles and not register them because they are "exporting" the vehicle. Exporting to them, is driving it off the lot.

She's actually correct. While no one will admit it, the right to travel is guaranteed be the US constitution. State law is onlyin the case in which there is no federal law that supercede that law. Driver license is a state law. The right to travel is federal law. A state requiring a license to travel in unconstitutional; in direct opposition to the document that gives it (state) power. Argued correctly in a court of law, anyone can get off on driving without a license.

In fact, do a search on the history of driver's license and see how long they've existed. See how long motor vehicles have been in operation and how long driver's license have been around.

This generation is so detached from the truth that it sounds like a fairytale when heard.
