Thank you to the Royal British Legion for the opportunity.

My grandad was with him that day and my Grandads commemorative medal issued to all of HMS Chester survivors is currently on loan to the Jutland 100 th anniversary exhibition at Portsmouth Royal Navy Dockyard.

I've spotted a mistake by the narrator - he says 30th May 1919 instead of 1916.
Such a sad ending for someone so young. The sacrifices they made in the name of duty, such brave men and boys.

Great video about a brave lad. We have a Sea Cadet corps in Canada named after Jack Cornwell. (Note: A bit sorry to hear Americanisms drifting into the UK - one never uses the article "the" before "HMS." It's grammatically incorrect).

The photo is of Jack Cornwell’s brother Ernest who served on HMS Lancaster. Jack served on HMS Cheshire.
What exactly did Jack Cornwell do to earn the VC.

How about making it 1918 instead of 1916 - That is not to distract from this brave "Man".
