I’ve used Kiwi for a few years. I use it all the time. In the past year I’ve been on about a dozen flights and usually use Kiwi. I haven’t had any problems

It is the worst company. You can go to them if you want to lose your hard earned money. Booking through them you lose all the rights you have to free rescheduled flight/refund in case of cancellations or delays cause by airlines. Whenever in trouble, call the airlines directly and never book through that company.

Had the exact same experience, cost me $1000 dollars and no flight was delayed.

The 2 hours transfer in Orlando was impossible.

The worst agent I dealt with.
They did a mistake in the airport and I stuck in the sharjah airport for 3 days.
When I back, I asked for refund and they are manipulating me since 5 months and did not get the refund yet even they approved to do the refund.

If I have a connecting flight I like to have 3 or 4 hours between flights. Airports are huge and confusing. If I have only 2 hours I plan ahead to make it work. And I’m a solo traveler and travel light

Kiwi fligth not good and no responsible

Kiwi’s flight calendar displays the price for each date…however once you select a date, the price ALWAYS jumps 40%, 50% or 60%.

What should be a constant, self correcting computer snapshot of fluctuating prices for that moment…begins to feel more like “BAIT and SWITCH”. Their computers NEVER update prices until you actually choose a date.

I now simply stay away from Kiwi all together! So should you!
