I can definitely see how some players especially who played in the 2000’s would feel envious towards Lebron because he wasn’t even in the league and they were saying he could hang with the best players that we’re currently playing. Even tho he could and did it was the fact they crowned him before he even proved it and that’s what the other players didn’t like. It really didn’t matter if they liked it or not because despite him not playing a nba yet he was definitely ready to play with the best in the league and I’m glad Paul finally came around after retirement and have Lebron his flowers.

Keep in mind Pierce was the best SF in the league until Lebron was several years in. He said nothing wrong here, and that competitive nature is why Pierce has so many legendary performances putting the C's on his back and carrying sorry teams to wins in unwinnable situations. (pre-2008)
