Quick Easy Masking in Davinci Resolve 17! [2021]

I need Help, I masked out something and its transparend in the Fusion page but if I go to the Edit page its not Transparent but just black

How do you get the keyframe window to be on the right of the fusion nodes?

I know this vid almost 3 yrs old, but it would really help (ppl like me who dont use DR everyday) if you showed how you got your interface/panels set up the way it's shown in the demo. It's easier to follow when my screen/interface matches the presenter's. Maybe you could start with a quick set up guide? It took me 15 minutes to figure out how to match your screen. 😐

What if for ex I want to replace the frame of a person painting? In that case the hand will be in front of the frame, how do I mask out the frame he is drawing and put my own image? 🤔Ty

It didn't work for me! On 2:04 you do a jump-cut and the right side of the screen has the "video" settings and "transform", mine doesn't show that when I go back to the edit page!

why would you want a circle floating in the air above a laptop with an inverted image of a computer screen? I don't understand
