Suhani Raat | Chaudhvin Ka Chand (Acoustic Cover) Aakash Gandhi (ft Jonita Gandhi & Studiounplugged)

One of the things I love doing at 88KeysToEuphoria, is taking great music and lending it my own acoustic interpretation. This time, The challenge is even greater when travelling back a couple of generations to two legendary classics many still consider to be untouchable.

Today, on the day of Valentines, 88KeysToEuphoria presents its grandest project to date - a very unique acoustic mashup of the songs "Suhani Raat" (1949) and "Chaudhvin Ka Chand" (1960). In addition to retaining the core acoustics used in my previous work, including piano, flute, and vocals, we brought an orchestral feel to the track through the use of a beautiful string sectionn in order to add to the grandeur that makes these songs immortal.

I also had the pleasure of collaborating with Jai & Parthiv (Studiounplugged) on the string section, performed by special guest artist Sandeep Thakur. The song also features Jonita Gandhi on vocals and Sahil Khan on flute.

Lastly, we've gone to great lengths to visually re-create the ambiance of the original songs through the music video, which was directed by Devina Kanani. We had an awesome time filming... Be sure to check out the official Facebook Page (link below) for behind the scenes footage and stills
