Now if I only had this 2 days ago. I think this is perfect. I do my own work and this is the perfect tool.

The ridged faucet tool is nice too. Just picked this basin buddy up for really tight places. If you haven't used it try it, I find myself using more to shut water off to toilets more than changing faucets.

thanks, man. i haven't heard anyone use the word deal like that since i left Texas over 50 years ago. i have been going nuts trying to loosen a faucet nut within a confined space where i can't even get a basin wrench to fit around it so i'll have to see how thick the walls are on this tool and i'll also check out the Wera Zyklop.

That looks really useful! When those plastic nuts are large and in tight spots, they are a PAIN to get off! Sometimes I wind up using a flat head screwdriver and a hammer to tap them loose. I might check that out!

I’ve split those nuts with drill bit and a flathead, hacksaw, and a nutcracker tool. 1/4 drive as well. In a pinch for those tough nuts. My ridged basins wrench can hook up to a ratchet as well. But I like that setup. I also have those ridged faucet insulation tools, but they flex to much for me.

I’m a building maintenance mechanic in commercial buildings and I’ve had that for years and it’s never fit any faucet mounting nuts I ever encountered

Buying both tools. The number of hours I've wasted in those tight spots fighting with those nuts!!

Is this still working for you, all these years later? What's the length on that extension? Really nice setup by the way!

Thanks so much for this! Brilliant!
The space I'm working in is very tight and i'm not even sure the basin buddy will fit in it. What is the diameter of the Basin Buddy? I'm working on a kitchen sink btw, not a bathroom sink.
