9-BALL: RONNIE WISEMAN VS JIM REMPE - 1999 DERBY CITY CLASSIC 9-BALL DIVISION

“King James” Jim Rempe faces Ronnie Wiseman on day nine of the very first Derby City Classic 9-Ball Division.

Rempe, a BCA Hall of Famer, has won over 100 major titles over his illustrious career. He was undefeated in this event so far.

Ronnie “Everything's Funny When You're Winning Big Money” Wiseman, was a regular on the Camel 9-Ball Tour and was well known by all of the players and fans in attendance.

Scott Smith with his special guest Danny Diliberto provide the commentary.

The intro of these videos remind me of beautiful time of my life. I honestly remember buying these tapes on VHS style videos and watching BEING EXCITED TO WATCH THEM at home and when I turn this on the first thing I hear is this beautiful intro song and it just moves my blood in my veins I can feel it back then & whenever I hear it today it all comes back.

Man please bring back these days, beautiful intro, beautiful commentary, beautiful get rid of the new arena & bring back green cloth, lovely days, classical pool

the old arena is beautiful because you can see space around the players, even the opponent chair is very far... thats how it should be!! the new arena is awful because people are close and personal, I don't like it.

I agree with Danny about the push . . . As tomball in hand . . . to make it interesting . . maybe on a miss, the incoming player should have to play from the first player's cue ball position he missed from . . . And no jump cues!
