In a capitalist economy, workers feel alienated from their work, the products they create, and even from themselves.

Workers have to repeatedly perform the same tasks, which are mechanical and monotonous. This is because they do not get the opportunity to utilize their full potential and creativity.

They have no autonomy or control over their work, which makes them feel helpless and insecure. Constant work pressure leads to stress and anxiety. Gradually, workers start doubting their value and capabilities. They feel dissatisfied and disappointed. They experience a lack of self-esteem and confidence. These reasons cause workers to feel alienated from themselves. This can create serious problems at both personal and social levels.

In modern society, self-alienation is not limited to workers alone. It can also affect students, homemakers, and even managers.

To reduce self-alienation, it is important to involve workers more in their tasks. They should be given the opportunity to use their creativity and develop their potential.
