Cold Start: Honda BFP20 20HP Outboard

I had unfortunately neglected my passion of fishing for a female who wasn't a fan... Boat sat in my back yard for the better part of a year without storage prep (since I didn't intend on not fishing, which for me is like not breathing). Didn't add any fresh gas, just jump box and let the hose run for a little while to properly hydrate the water pump prior to movement.
