Recently bought some Image Dynamics 6.5" components that were open box item for less and it came exactly as if it was brand new. They replied to my email within a day. It was Allyn and I only recognize him because he was part of soundmanca on YouTube a few years back.

i glad i found this video....again! I remember this video.I bought something from them a long time ago. It was a replacement stereo for my car. They gave exceptional service on the phone. The dude knew what he was talking about. Forgot their name cause i lost the receipt and couldnt remember the name to google it and give feedback. But here is the long 5 year over due positive feedback! Something about this company made me feel very satisfied as a customer. Maybe it wasnt something, probably it was everything. Price was good, stereo still runs after 5 years. Shipping was super fast. Man, all these years i kept thinking every so often about the way they treated me but couldnt freaking remember their name. Service was like amazon's x 1000! Why can't every company be like these dudes? u can see that dude in the video is like 100% honest.
