Kutch (Gujarat), Kolkata, May 18 (ANI): As the Central government announced a relaxation on wheat exports, a large number of trucks laden with wheat were seen stuck at Kandla Port in Gujarat. But the shipping of huge consignments picked up speed at Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port in Kolkata. The Government of India had earlier restricted wheat exports to manage the overall food security in India. The order aimed to provide a clear direction to the wheat market to prevent the hoarding of wheat supplies.(NK)
