Two practical jokers who have posed as fitness experts are being sued by a local news station in Wisconsin. Although they called themselves "Chop and Steele," they were really pranksters Joe Pickett and Nick Prueher. They've been fooling TV stations for years. When they appeared on local news in Eau Claire, Wis., in November, they smashed racquets and beat a tire with baseball bats. The station's owner has filed a lawsuit claiming they fraudulently duped WEAU into booking their appearance. #InsideEdition

This is absolutely hilarious. These guys should be getting paid and praised instead of sued.

Even the news station reporting this has no sense of humor

The fraud charge should be impossible to prove. The copyright claim sounds legitimate. They have no right to the footage unless some prior document was signed saying they could.

So typical of America. They wouldn't be getting sued in the UK.
