Please don't use so much oil for the idli plate, 2 drops is enough. There is no need to sprinkle water to remove the idli, it will comes easily after cooling. Try it

Too much of oild. Also, water not required to be sprinkled. Just keep it aside for 5 mins and you are done

You have added a lot of oil by mistake.. you just need 2 drops for that circle... And you don't have to put too much of water after idli is cooked because if the batter is fermented properly, the idli will just come out easily when you remove with your hands ...
