I always like Biggs's story in the old canon. While it was a short one, it was sweet and adventurous with a girlfriend by the name of Nera Dantels. His death effected not just her, Luke, and Hobbie not just for weeks and months, but also Biggs's and Luke's friend, "Tank" aka Janek Sunber, Lt. of the Imperial Army.

In the mobile game Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, EA recently added in Colonel Starck who is an obscure character from the battle of Hoth, who was not seen on screen. It would be cool to see a video on him to understand who he is more.

One of the best stories I read from the EU comics. It was only like 5 issues worth of stuff but the whole thing was brilliant.

From the deleted scene where Biggs is whining about nationalization of private enterprises, I concluded that, like most college kids, he has been reading Ayn Rand books at the academy and the name of this ship seems to support that.

Biggs is a seriously underappreciated character. His backstory in the old comics is one of my absolute favorites. Beautifully written and beautifully illustrated.

And another story the EU did better....Rebels feels like the take the best characters from the EU but give them the worst newest story arcs by forcible shoehorning themselves with them. So can nothing important happen without them or what?
