Love your shows, and Portugal in particular.
Would like to expand on the common perception of "Vinho Verde" wine. While it does literally translate to "green wine", it is much more than that. "Vinho Verde" is an approved and regulated wine REGION of northern Portugal. There are a number of grapes grown in the area, both white and red. It is true that most Vinho Verde for sale in supermarkets should be appreciated in their youth, some smaller wineries are producing lovely, complex wines that will age nicely. So if you see a "Vinho Verde" white with a higher price tag (and maybe a few years of bottle age), don't dismiss it. The reds can be quite fun, but not as abundant as whites outside of Portugal.

So wouldn't non-aged wine just be grape juice?

Tourism is sustainable as an income for a city or a capital but not a country. Unfortunately much of Europe has become supported by a service economy flooded with illegal and mass immigration- byproducts of globalism and the EU. Great video!
