I bought 16 3.2 volt cells for a 48 volt system. They work as advertised and speedy shipping.

I bought 80 EVE 280Ah cells from Docan and tested about 10% of them at random. On average they tested at 272Ah, so only ~3% below advertised. Mine are definitely not A grade; as they swell quite a bit when fully charged. Overall Docan has been ok. The cells did arrive quickly from their US warehouse and were packed well.

Never had issue here from them. And it's great to have them come within a week vs from China months.

Looks like the 280ah cells you tested are ESS Rept cells while the 230ah cells are EVE cells. Please confirm

You'll get a cheaper rate if you buy direct from China than if your purchase from UK or US warehouses. I had a good experience with Docan, but I never capacity tested them. Maybe I'll get around to it someday. I can tell you they are packaged extremely well and their communication is excellent. Delivery from China was quoted at 45-60 days, I got mine in 43 days. If not Docan, does the maker of this video have a recommendation for a supplier of lifepo4 cells they have a more consistent positive experience with? The idea that he would expect a brand new batch of cells to be sent for a 5% reduction in capacity is laughable. How could they possibly make money giving away cells for free? I would expect any product shipping from China to have a lower cost, but you will sacrifice some expectations of lavish warranties/returns. Those warranties and liberal return policies cost money. You can buy Battle Born at 2-3x the cost and get that fat warranty. Easy to replace your batteries for "free" when they are charging you the cost of 2-3 batteries for each one purchased.

I bought 8 off 280Ah battery cells for one year ago and are very satisfied how they perform. However, I bought four more a couple of months ago but they have now been stopped by the Swedish postal service due to "dangerous goods" and the postal service is just saying the sender needs to contact them. Jenny Wu at Docan Tech have always been helpful and promised me to fix this issue but nothing is happening and she is no longer replying to my mails, so please be aware that its not always good customer service. I have already payed for the batteries so would be nice if I get them. I have no idea what to do now. I have contacted the Poland Warehouse (EU stock) that have sent the batteries and they are referring to Jenny Wu at Docan Tech and she is saying she have contacted the Warehouse and waiting for a reply and she is no longer replying to my questions. Im in the middle and have no idea what to do.
