i completely agree. by the end of the series, I did not see him for his disability at all. he was just this regular kid stuck in the middle of the worst family drama imaginable. his disability wasn’t a main character trait, it was just extra nuance to the character.

Walt Jr was the only person on the whole show that had a decent moral compass.

Walt Jr. is the character that loses the most in the show. His family separates, his dad who was his hero dies and is revealed to be a major criminal, his mom is never the same and faces charges herself, his Uncle is shot and buried in the desert, and he has to live the rest of his life with everyone knowing who he is and what his family did. Pretty tragic.

I’m glad vince went out of his way to not only write a character with a disability, but to find an actor with that disability to portray it. It makes the character feel like a real person and helps the audience learn about how the disability can affect people, but more than that it helps people see the character behind the disability to the point where you don’t even notice the disability anymore. Amazing show.

Bro had to be nerfed with the CP, otherwise no women would be left for the rest of us

Ok so as a guy with mild CP (Cerebral Palsy)I feel amazing to see people with cp such as myself get the recognition that they deserve because they really do deserve it and i feel very honored to see a fellow brother with CP let his lights shine❤

This guy could almost play the craziest live screen Victor from Arcane

Had no idea he actually had CP. Hats off to whoever cast him. Both an incredible actor and a win for all in the handicapped community.

He was always the most grounded character in the show. Just a good kid stuck in a ridiculous situation.

17 years later still in character. Breaking breakfast.

He played the roll perfectly. I never knew he had any disability at all. And to find out he does actually makes the roll even better due to him taking it so seriously and proudly. That’s what good actors do.

I grew up with my brother who has CP. Had RIP, but it was a very tough upbringing but much more for him. Beau was a good soul.

Still the saddest scene in the show for me was Walter jr and Walt’s final conversation over the phone after he learned about everything his father did and expressed such hate towards his dad when he saw his dad as nothing but a hero and Walt at that point basically had nothing left to live for

That's some serious method acting to still be in character all these years later
