Malta Adventures: Diving Um El Faroud Wreck

Um El Faroud was a 10,000 ton tanker. Following a gas explosion during maintenance work, she was scuttled off the coast of Wied iz-Zurrieq as an artificial reef and diving attraction in 1998. The total length of the tanker is around 110m and it's laying on a sandy bottom at the depths of 18 (chimney) to 36 meters (propeller).
