What are they hiding from us???

Archeological dig wouldn’t let anyone see what they were doing. Threatened to have people fired from their jobs if they got too close to the dig site. This sounds crazy to me, what were they hiding? If anyone knows more about this please share with the rest of us. Thanks to Justin and his dad for sharing this with us.

I'm from Portsmouth about 25 miles away, it used to be covered in mounds. The Army Corp of Engineers actually moved the end of the Big Scioto River, covering a native American settlement called quite suspiciously" Alexandria "

It strikes me the roots on those trees could potentially do a lot of damage to whatever may be under there.

I agree. What are they hiding? Isn’t part of Serpent Mound now a golf course?

Back then they knew why the mounds werent allowed to be disturbed. It was a big to do with the the indigenous who fought i believe in court to force people to stop desecration indigenous graves. Im 54 and mohawk (kanien'kehaka)wolf clan, mom born on the rez her paternal family all still live on the rez. At least that was the big news stories all the years i was growing up. Complaints of not caring for the land and respecting land and animal rights and pollution were other heated discussions between indigenous and neo-natives.

They claim there Indian so the Indian repatriation act would be involved and anything found would have to be put back so no one would dig the mound, but in actuality it has nothing to do with Indians and this would be a burial site regarding Giants and a civilization that was already here before Indians, in the 1850s they were digging into these mountains and they were connected to Giants, and because of Darwinism coming on the scene in the late 1880s the true facts about Giants were being changed hidden swept under the rug, and they were preparing to start instituting evolution and that we come from monkeys in schools to get away from the Bible and the truth of it, because then you're going to know what is lying under the ground an ancient American history that is extremely fascinating and connected to advanced technology and precious metals as well as supporting artifacts to the Bible. I mean ultimately if you have people that understand the Bible and understand the truth they are going to be harder to control and the truth and information is power, so do not be deceived at everything in the soil in America is native American because it is not. Also they had been earthworks and some of the earth works were connected to Hebrews that were completely bulldozed erased by the army corps of engineers, I'm not saying this is Hebrew or connected to them but could be connected to other people from the levante or middle east . So some Indians claim these things were here before they got there, and some did coincide with the people that built the mounds for a period of time and places. So the mounds are usually located and in the bends of rivers and a lot of them have lunar alignments so we are talking about the moon god ur of the days of Abraham possibly.

Is that the area where they discovered that rare minerals? 🤔

FWIW: Check out "Static in the Attic" YouTube videos on Mudfloods!
There's a good chance the river seperating the mounds from the salt lick area wasn't there pre 1800's...
much research has been done & much more needed, but one things for sure, we've been lied to by the victors throughout history!

The reason why there were no mounds on the lower side was it was a treaty area, or hunting grounds for all tribes in that area,

Check out Moundsville WV. Moundsville, WV is about 200 miles north east of Serpent mound in the upper panhandle of the state separating Ohio and PA. I only live about 25 miles from there just across the PA state line. All kinds of local stories floating around about this area. Very interesting. Love what you do sir. Seems like you seem to be part of a dying breed. All the folks these days seem to be too worried about anything BUT the true rich history of these ancient peoples.

Native American artifacts burial grounds are sacred and protected.
If you take native artifacts from sacred ground, burial grounds it can bring bad on you.... You leave that stuff alone.

Many of these mounds are considered burial sites. Modern native tribes (if in Ohio would be Shawnee Nation) claim them. It is my understanding that there is standing Federal laws that do not allow anyone on these sites as they are protected. Hundreds if not thousands of small 5' x 10' rock piles littered the mountains in Eastern KY at one time. Many have been raided for artifacts over the past 200 years. Terry you ought to check out one of the oldest treasure legends in the U.S.A. Jonathon Swift's lost silver mine.

He is right about that area having a load of history, It was first Simon Kenton Station. He came in from the Ohio River. Then a little later Boone occasioned the area from the southeast and southcentral Ky. Boones son was killed at Blue Licks, but th eBritish had a bunch of Shawnee with them who laid an ambush. Boone believed that is where they would be and held back while another officer wanting a hero charges his men into it. Boone gang came up the side fave and got a lot of them out alive. By attacking face on too break the ambush. That was when the boone son was killed. Boone knew better but his son still got killed, he got the kid on a horse and got him out of there to keek him form getting mutilates. The Shawnee were tough wicked fighters, like Apache. Few could match them in a fight Boone, Kenton, Wetzel, Zane's, Lewis's, Taylor. Think Battle of Point Pleasant. The only time the Shawnee backed off because they were losing one man of for every white they killed.
The indian cultures had areas and agreements with other tribes to not live in the hunting grounds. That may be why the mound builders did not cross the river and the Tennessee Country tribes, mostly Cherokee did not live in KY either. That was hunting grounds. Where buffalo still roamed the Blue Grass and used their salt licks that kept them coming back. There were certain plants that lived only there where the buffalo traveled too. Stuff they liked to eat. It is gradually becoming extinct as the buffalo did there. Cattle and horses helped preserve those plants for centurys since the buffalo. Keep up the good work Terry! A fan here!

Just discovered that the manmade lake in my northeastern AL town that was created after TVA built a dam up river is covering up numerous "Indian" burial mounds. The Cherokee were the Native Americans who used to live on this land. I feel confident in saying that I'm sure the burials atop the mounds were probably Cherokee people, but I can bet that down deeper in the mounds were tall white red headed people who lived in the preflood world. Folks, America is NOT the new world at all....its 180• the opposite!
