Collaboration is one of the key competencies that our learners must have to face our world’s challenges. Collaboration has also been identified as one of the major 21st century skills that we, teachers, are to emphasize in class so that students are better prepared for the future. Presenter will comment on aspects of Collaborative Learning in the ELT class, how we can enhance collaboration among students, and will give examples using ELT textbooks.

Daniela A. Meyer (MA in Applied Linguistics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ) is an Academic Consultant for Cambridge University Press. She has been a teacher and a teacher trainer in EFL for more than 30 years, having taught both in Brazil and abroad.
