On "EWTN News Nightly" tonight: With the critical November midterm elections moving in fast, President Joe Biden will be speaking from Independence Hall in Philadelphia. He'll talk about his recent legislative victories and is also expected to lay into people he calls ultra-MAGA Republicans. Meanwhile, Taiwan says it has shot down a drone believed to have been sent by China. Author of "The Coming Collapse of China" and "The Great US-China Tech War," Gordon Chang, tweeted out, "Taiwan has called China's bluff by shooting down one of its drones today. The next, say 24 hours will be crucial." He joins to share why he thinks the next 24 hours will be pivotal and what he is concerned about. And a new report reveals the identity of the activists who protested outside the homes of several Supreme Court justices. DC Correspondent for the Daily Wire, Mary Margaret Olohan, joins to share how she found the identity of some of these protestors and whether she was surprised by what she found. Finally this evening, Pope Francis calls for concrete commitment to care for our common home. Yesterday, at his weekly general audience, the Holy Father recalled the World Day of Prayer for Creation and also the beginning of the season of creation which starts today. Associate director of the Laudato Si' Movement, Christina Leaño, joins to tell us more about the theme for this year.
