BERGMÁL: It's meaning is the same as the word "echo" but look at the word BERGMÁL; deconstruct it: "berg" (cliff, rock) + "mál" (language, speech) it becomes obvious that this really is the name of the voice that speaks back at you, when you shout at a cliff in the mountains, repeating what you said back at you. It is simultaneously a reflection of you and the expression of the rock, there is something else in there too, that eerie feeling when you first hear the echo; it sounds as if it belongs to someone else.
