I think Karma is connected to the whole Electra Heart. "Heartbreaker, real faker, getting off on bad behaviour, I know you inside and out". And also "real hearts don't lie, take it from me (I know)". If this is actually how it goes, Karma IS undeniably the best song of FEAR, and perhaps of the collection.

MARINA was a childhood favorite of mine. Sadly, I lost her through the years. Then my friend somehow recommended one of her songs to me recently. I recognized her almost immediately. Now I can chill to her new songs and reminisce to the old ones.

This album is so so so much better than I thought it would be when Handmade Heaven and Orange Trees were the only two songs we'd heard. I was worried there for a minute but she really pulled it through. I like this as much as Electra Heart.

I actually did a report on this song in high school, I related so personally that it changed my entire perspective when deeper reading into the lyrics. I viewed it as my future self warning me to watch my toxic behaviors and honestly I think of it all the time and I'm constantly trying to better myself. This song is so powerful, the lyrics, the music. Thanks Marina.
