Walk with me to the Brontë Waterfall on the Moors above Haworth where I imagine what it would have been like for Charlotte, Emily, Anne and Branwell Brontë. On the way I reflect on how the surroundings influenced their writing and investigate what Charlotte Brontë and her friend Ellen Nussey said about this beautiful landscape.

Upon relocating to Yorkshire with my husband, I found myself irresistibly drawn to the village of Haworth, home of the Brontë Sisters and my obsession grew. My only thoughts on seeing that final stoney path leading to the falls was - what a perfect spot for a compound fracture or two. Very scary to walk over and I doubt I could keep my balance. Good for you, walking it and filming at the same time.

About the cattle grates, I have found it easier to put the bar directly under my foot, at the instep and, if you have a walking stick ( I never leave home without one) you will always be stable.
