As a long-time Celtics fan who got heartbroken in 2022 and 2023, this is the best feeling ever! To see your team grow and mature and learn how to win! Let's go and run it back next year!

As a Lakers fan, I just reflected on their entire journey to get to a title and can't help myself but feel happy for the players (esp Horford, Jrue) and front office of this franchise. They traded off their previous championship squad, made the gamble of not signing IT, failed with their Kyrie and Hayward expensive contracts, drafted Tatum and Brown with their lottery picks and quickly developed them into stars, lost to the Warriors, had to fire their coach for a scandal, and picked a younger first-time head coach, made critical trades to offload DPOY Smart and bring on Porzingis and Jrue. After all thaaat they captured 1 title. If this isn't a definition of earning every bit of this title, then I don't know what is.

Congratulations Boston Celtics! If anyone cares to read my story about how I started bleeding green here it is... I've been waiting for this ring for a long time. We did it.

Been supporting since I started playing & watching basketball around 06'-08' . I was just 11-13 years old and I live in Toronto and I even thought Chris Bosh who was a Raptor at the time, was named Kobe Bryant since everyone spoke about Kobe and yelled Kobe when they took a shot and that Chris Bosh's face was plastered everywhere on billboards and street advertisements.

It was 08' Spring/Summer when I started watching the NBA and it was the finals. I realized who Kobe actually was and seen what he was all about and why everyone cheered for the yellow team. But... my eyes were drawn towards the green team... the Boston Celtics. The way how they connected together and played amazing with such grace and teamwork. I noticed one player amongst these great hall of famers. Rajon Rondo, with that green headband. He stood out to me the most with his flashy passes, IQ, hustle, being just entered the league recently and he's doing so great so I cheered on the green team, the Boston Celtics. They won that year and I couldn't be more happier to see Kobe get destroyed just because everyone cheered for him, i've always sided with the underdog.

From then I stuck with the Celtics and I bled green ever since. Watching Rondo being the last Celtic, to then moving on to the Mavericks. Seeing Boston destroyed and with starting with new players got me feeling damn, everything we had is gone. How can we win a champion with everyone gone? I still stuck with the Celtics. Slowly watching Celtics grow since then I've seen it all, what they've been through. I knew something special was going to happen soon when we kept competing and getting into the playoffs consistently.

The Boston Celtics crept up slowly and slowly comping the best pieces that would all fit so well together, it'll be unstoppable. That year we faced the Golden State Warriors... and went up 2-1. I knew something was wrong. It was too good to be true. I felt like we were missing something and that if we continues with the flaws we have. We weren't going to make it. 4-2...

Before the 2023-24' season started I called the 60 Game win season for Celtics immediately after all the trades and final moves. Everything was looking swell and I knew deep down this year was it. The flaws we're slowing going away but surely. Everything was coming together. Boom playoff time. We face the Heat, our most craziest matchup rivalry ever the past few years. Even with the injuries I was still afraid of the Heat. They just had our weakness. But Celtics proved me wrong. again and again this year. repeatedly. I knew this was it all the way to the finals we go.

After seeing Game 1 in the finals I knew it was over, but always ready for the worst outcome. Game 5... we're all celebrating! Finally after all the tough shit we went through we made it.
The Boston Celtics finally did it... I waited for so long. I will continue to cheer on and be ready for this 3-peat. They also kept me going in life after watching and analyzing everything the Celtics went through since 08'. They made me understand if you keep going at it you will achieve your goal no matter what. Just stay on course... improve your strengths... understand your flaws... self reflect... changes the pieces around you that assist you in improving and making everyone around you better along the way. Having heart. You can achieve the championship.

Congratulations Boston Celtics! We did it and I also thank you for everything you've done for me since 08'
- Sincere a long lifetime fan from Toronto

That clip of JB and JT hugging and saying they love each others needs to be shown to every media clown who tried to break up the Jays. Theyre brothers in this together and they fought as brothers since coming to Boston. These two lwill be Boston legends, SO proud to have these two real and professional dudes be my home team's stars

The media has really been all over the Celtics, from saying they lack mental toughness, they should break up the J's and trade brown, they haven't played anyone.
Banner 18 belongs to Boston!!!!
Celtics are champions

I'm not a Celtic fan but I'm so happy for these players that won them the title. JB and JT are long overdue to get their credit, White and Holiday are a fierce guard duo, KP was an X-factor, Horford got his long awaited title, Pritchard after all those long range momentum boosting hail mary's. What a journey

Flew out to see parade from Seattle... got there 8am yesterday morning. Went across to downtown via water taxi from Logan, saw ducks parade, lunch at the market, returned to Logan via water taxi and got back to Seattle just after midnight this morning. Tired of missing my Sox & Celtics celebrating their titles. Starting 20yrs ago, missed '04 being in Iraq for a year. So glad I made the 24hr trip. I love Boston. Even from the other corner of the country.

I have a feeling that Celtics, if healthy, may even go for 70 plus wins and, of course repeat as champions. There is no weakness I am seeing currently. Way they went 16-3, it means something.
