Good job on the upgrade. Appreciate how you explain your thought process and how you balance the factors involved. Thank you for the update.

Hopefully the intake works great for you and getting the humidity out faster. Thanks for taking us along. All trial and error

This is going to be exciting. If I was to bet on the drying time I would guess you you will beat your fastest time by 12 to 18 hours. I would consider that to be a great success before tuning the kiln in. Excellent video. You and yours have a great day.

Oak Farm Firewood IS a channel I believe you already follow. I saw him talking recently about his plans for the future and he talked about testing if loading the kiln solid with wood and using fans in the kiln to force air through the wood to speed up heating and drying in the center of his toads. This might be something to keep an eye on.

Insulate the outside of the kiln. Look at waste oil burners to help with the heat . You do have used oil right .keep up the good work

What fans are you using?
Have a wood dryer we built with a wood furnace, and having a hard time finding fans that hold up to the heat.
