Yep! I sure got into bad debt/ credit in order to consolidate all cards and it’s still not settled but have started paying to consolidators since 8-9 months.🙄I have many many questions.

I had a 3.5% rate on my mortgage, I pay an extra $300 a month and have since we got the loan, will pay off my house 6 years earlier. Once I pay off my car, I’m dumping all that money to extra on the mortgage and should have it paid off in 15 years or earlier.

Paul, checking in from Philly.I got approved for 10k PLOC from my credit union.My wife and I are looking for our first house this yr.Would I put the 10k toward the house b4 we buy or after? And if we don't find anything b4 the year is out, I was thinking of using it to wipe out our car note.
