I have this Garlic Oil I like to use as sort of a Binder. Could I still Oil The Steaks After Dry Brining them?

this confuses me a little, do you know if butchers already salt the meat before we get it ?

When I dry brine (add salt myself) something just feels off

Why didnt you add more salt? Feels like you can up that amount a bit, leaving you no need to hit the meat with salt in the end. Looks really good tho, Nice vid !
