Serendipity.... I have been a fan of your videos for quite a while now. Today, the very day you released this video I scattered the ashes of my recently passed Father . his wife and his dog just above Milner Pass. To say that your videos are special to me is an understatement. That this one came on this day is a sign from above. Thank you for all of the effort time and money you put in to bringing these beautifully created videos to us all. Peace!

Mt. Ida is a favorite hike, but I had never heard the name Jagor Point. We long ago named the rock outcropping where you saw Marmots as Marmot City. We once viewed 13 Big Horn Rams chilling on the tundra on the way to Ida and on the way back. The views from this area are spectacular and you captured it so well that Jagor Point is now a must. We once snagged two nights at the campsite at Little Rock Lake; a dream of ours. However, our company imposed on us to take their young kids along. Fortunately, their father planned to hike part way with us. With delays starting out, we found ourselves on the shoulder of Ida at 5PM. I told them that we would be setting camp in the dark. I proposed a consolation prize; drop our packs where we were, climb Ida, and I would spring for pizza downtown. We have still never been down into Forest Canyon. If you ever hike down there, I will be with you in spirit. Thanks for your beautiful videos.

Nick, this is perhaps the most beautiful hike video yet - and that takes some doing! Before we had to cancel our trips the last two years, we were planning to do Mt. Ida, thinking that would yield the best views of the Gorge Lakes plus a tundra hike. You've shown us something we didn't know existed, and we are grateful! Wow! This is a new one for the RMNP bucket list! Peace!

Nice video! I think I will do this one for this weekend's hike. I always wanted to hike up by Arrowhead lake seeing it from the road all the time.

So wonderful! I have always wanted to live in the Estes area. We have visited often but those days are past. You and your mom have kept my heart in the Rockies. You have taken me back to places I have been and places l wanted to see. Bless you and stay safe.

11:50 looks like a possible path to go down to the lakes? Down there it’s probably a totally different world

Such a beautiful hike once again, and thank you for sharing! Those elk at the beginning, I love to see those animals. I'm going to RMNP at the end of the month and hoping to see the elk plus some fall leaf colors if I hit it just right (or close enough). Your Mom is such a trooper, too, that's so awesome that you two hike together so many times like this. Looking forward to your next video already!
