The last race of the weekend at Spa-Francorchamps ended with the first victory of Matteo de Palo (Campos Racing) in the championship. The Alzira-based driver inherited the first position after Valerio Rinicella was penalized for track limits.
Pedro Clerot (MP Motorsport) completed a solid race to add a full podium finish that makes him leave Spa-Francorchamps as championship leader with 63 points to his credit and an advantage of 28 over the second placed Christian Ho (Campos Racing), who was finally third after Rinicella's post-race penalty.
The next event of the F4 Spanish Championship will take place at Motorland Aragon on the weekend of May 26-28.
