The way we start the day determines how the rest of the day will be. Being clear of what you want to achieve during the day and right inputs to the mind and body really sets the rest of our day

I've been really trying to incorporate gratitude and visualisation lately in the morning. I sit down at my table with my green tea, use an app to write out my gratitudes, before scrolling through my vision board on Pinterest. I take the time to look at each image to remind myself what the picture means for me and what I want in my life. Then I break out my bullet journal to write my to-do list for the day. Last step is getting dressed (actually dressed! no pjs) and repeating my affirmation of the week to myself in the mirror. Think I also will start dancing in my kitchen in the morning! Trying to bring the vibes up for 2021!
