Garlic Mushroom Chicken, SIMPOL!

This chicken dish is so delicious you will be surprised how easy the recipe is! Perfect to prepare during special gatherings!

INGREDIENTS:

Set A:
1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons lemon juice

Set B:
Oil, as needed for searing
2 tablespoons butter
12 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 can whole mushrooms
1 cup chicken stock or mushroom brine

Set C:
½ cup cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste

Just made this now! Im so happy, the dish was delicious :). Kung mabilis ka maumay sa mga sinabawang manok or ayaw na ng tomato sauce on it, this is a very good alternative! Simpol lang talaga pero masarap. Nagdagdag lang ako pan fried potatoes. Salamat Chef!

Tried this already.. nagustuhan po ng mga anak ko.. but add about half cup of mushroom soup powder for thickening instead of flour.. taste even more delish❤️
