I slept on him as a child, but his talent was just so sick. The way he played the piano and a great voice. The movie Ray really brought me to appreciate his talent. Rest in Peace, King!!!!

I had more genuine music appreciation of the Blues & knowledge of those artists than my peers and their parents. Now I play that same music for my chil and grandchildren and they love it. Their peers gawk in awe when they see my stereo turn table and needle arm. But my descendants are familiar w it. They're familiar w Ray music!
