Acolyte Instruments
Model - Acolyte Handpan
Scale - Dm Celtic - (D) A C D E F G A
Finish/Material - PC steel
Recorded on a Zoom Q8 - Listen in HD with headphones for best sound quality. No reverb or sound enhancement used - raw audio recording

Instrument Care - Unlike 99% of handpans on the market which need to be lubricated regularly to prevent from rusting, our handpans NEVER need to be lubricated as we use a powder coating process (similar to the finish on a car) to protect the steel from the elements.

These Instruments are made by Nirvana Handpan, a respected high-end handpan maker in the USA. While Nirvana Handpan continues to make high-end custom instruments, they also wanted to start manufacturing a more affordable and more readily available quality instrument, thus the Acolyte was created.
This is the Perfect choice for a musician on a budget, as you will see this instrument holds up in quality and tone to instruments that are up to three times its price.

Beautiful rich, clear tones. Love the Celtic scales!! Nirvana Handpans are a very professional business to deal with. I have one!

Damn brother, the tune you played is beyond amazing. If I could afford one I would purchase it right away! I will save up and it will be my first purchase I make.

Looking at your website it seems the newest version of this handpan has an apex ding, is that correct?

Is it possible to play these with a rubber mallet as an alternative or would that damage the instrument?

Great sound. Just curious why the decision to go with inverted ding rather than more traditional apex? Is it easier for novice players?
