Optimize web development workflow Part3: Auto concat-minify using useref

In this tutorial we use a gulp to optimize our web development workflow. We use a gulp module called useref to automatically concat javascript and css files and productize our frontend web development. useref also adds the correct link to css and js files in your html files.
