Love mine and it was fantastic when I used it for a songwriter showcase a few weeks ago. Being able to control it from the back of the room via my phone was so helpful. I've been using Bose products since my first L1 back in '05. I've used other setups, but always come back to Bose.

Had mine for a year. Love it. Great quality. Couple of annoying things. Doesn't come with a cover. For £1200, you get no protective cover for the bass bin. Grrrr! Had to get one custom made. You do get a cover bag for the columns though?! Also when you connect the columns they, need a wiggle to get them connected. You will hear that it's super bassy before you wiggle and then it's fine.

Ive been using the S1 pro's for years. I just got the L1 8. Every gig people come up and say how great I sound.. Same me just a different PA system You dont have to be blazing loud but coverage is wide.

Just purchased a Bose L1 pro 8 to replace my very heavy Bose L1 with 24 speakers. When I plugged everything in and set up to play ( I have always used my TC Helicon acoustic play with no issues) and I did use new cords and even plugged guitar in directly (2 different guitars) and I was getting a "buzz" in the L1 pro 8 not sure why, when playing my guitar. I have talked to the company I purchased it from and we shall see if the new one works when it gets here. Not upset, I love Bose PA Systems, just a little frustrated.

Mi experiencia con Bose L1 Pro 8 es excelente, siempre utilicé el sistema tradicional sobre Trípodes y usaba Electro Voice, pero por cuestiones de salud no puedo alzar cosas pesadas, así que después de estudiar sobre calidad y peso (Libras), opte por adquirir el Bose L1 Pro 8.
El Precio es alto y podría comparar su adquisición como la de un IPhone, ya que existe "Estatus" en las marcas, ya que cuando un cliente escucha ese gran sonido saliendo de algo que se ve estéticamente tan fino, se sorprende y le da a uno una muy buena presentación en cuanto a la. Imagen se refiere.
En cuanto al Sonido es muy bueno sin embargo pienso que es más pensado para instrumentos en vivo, no así para DJs, aunque aun así me he formado algunos muy buenos bailongos 🤣.
Los Autolimitadores no me gustan mucho aunque para poner música pregrabada suena mejor si se utiliza el Jack de 3.5 o ¼, pero se tiene mejor sonido si es por Bluetooth.
En cuanto al peso es bien liviano si lo comparo con las cajas Electrovoice de 12p que utilizaba anteriormente.
Pienso que se podría tener mejor variedad en cuanto a software se refiere ya que el mezclador ToneMatch en su APP, no contiene niveles de Decibeles y los el reverb para la voz e instrumentos puede ser mejor o bien tener más variedades como Delay y otros, quizás decidan agregarlo más adelante con alguna actualización.
En cuanto a Sonido es de muy alta calidad, los drivers de agudos cumplen con su función de que se entienda lo que se escucha desde distintos ángulos e incluso cuando Canto, no nesecito monitor aparte ya que estando atrás de él, noto totalmente lo que mi público escucha.
El Subwoofer es brutal, y profundo a tal punto que que notas como vibran los cristales y estructuras donde lo utilizas, y es para mí una de sus mayores fortalezas.
En conclusión me ha traído muchos beneficios su adquisición, sin embargo para publicos más numerosos si deseo adquirir otro más en un futuro y así darle más proyección al sonido que quiero dar, saludos a todos.

Craig Please Ask Bose To Do A Firmware Upgrade on These Systems! They Sound Fantastic! BUT! The Threshold Is Set Almost 50% Less Than The Original Array ? This Really Smashes The Head Room Even At Reasonable Volumes! It Truly Kicks In Way Too Soon And Is Over Sensitive ! Destroying Your Live Performance With Dropping Your Sound In A Live Situation And Then Resetting Its A Nightmare !

I'm looking to get this for my wife, BUT, Can I use channel one with phantom power and channel 2 without? She likes to use reverb for both guitar and mic, but only needs phantom for the ribbon mic.

La verdad estoy muy desilusionado con este sistema, he tenido varios equipos Bose (f1, l1 con sub2, s1 pro, l1 Compact) pero con este l1 pro 8 no estoy para nada satisfecho, es casi imposible de equalizar, no conecta eficientemente los parales, no se conecta con la aplicación y al exigirle se ahoga el sonido con frecuencia.

I love bose a lot but price are not at all offer able in india (bose 5.1 will be around 2lakhs in india instead of spending 2lakhs we can assembled 7.2.1 here with imax setup with extreme experience 55k we can get jbl 5.1 sooo bose mark my word when ever you wana improve your market in india u have to come down with prices not with quality

Pitiful, they can't even add a USB port for a zip drive. Even the lowest end competition units have that. At least they finally added internal Bluetooth. But for $300 more than original....not sure it's worth the extra cash.
