The Rainbow Flag is a symbol of celebration for sexuality and gender diverse people across the world. And over time, it has evolved.
Today, the modern Progressive Pride Flag (also referred to as the Progress Pride Flag) embodies inclusion and progression, with colours added to represent communities who have often been marginalised in broader LGBTQ+ movements. Black and brown stripes represent people of colour, and pale blue, pink and white stripes represent trans and gender diverse communities.
It is in our diversity that we have strength.
