Seriously doubt you can get a rental that average $175/night for only 200, 000. But I’m new at this and learning. Ty for the video nits been very helpful in trying to make a decision on this.

btw I'm a little confused how you got the 10 weeks figure with a 30% occupancy rate, all your numbers add up perfect with the 30% rate but not the 10 weeks, unless I am missing something?

You mentioned Condo HOA fees in your case of $1000, did you mean per month or per year? (sorry not familiar with HOA's).

Hello! I love your channel! I do have a question for you.. my husband and I are self employed so we have always struggled with lenders, it’s always a mess and we have been denied loans in the past even though we make plenty of money to pay them. We live in Utah and own a house here with a lot of equity in it. Ideally we want to keep our house here and rent it out, rent is so high here, we know we can make a profit. We are hoping to get some of the equity out of the house to purchase a property in PR, but we are not sure of the best way to do this.. we always run into problems with our net income vs. our gross. And we get very discouraged.. do you have any suggestions on who to go through for lending who may be more friendly to the self employed? Thanks!
