i dont know what was incomplete about this because I follow all his tutorials and they ALWAYS work. If you want to unsub because you are unhappy with a few of his tutorials be my guest, will just mean you miss out on his amazing campains

Apparently nobody has mentioned the fact that the 1.5 full install is non existent now, and the download page you advised as well as was advised on the mod page is not there either. So.... I cant even get to the part where I can download the mod. I'm speaking about the MOS submod btw, I have third age vanilla just fine. The submod page downloads don't seem to exist. I click the links that take me to the MEGA site for DL and it says they aren't there. Assistance please.

I seem to have an issue where, when i attempt to run the game, the moment the loading screen appears, it crashes instantly, i don't think windows 8 has anything to do with it, note that when i just attempt to run the game, it makes it to the loading screen and then instantly exits out.

If you are still having issues with the mod install I recommend having a look on the forums and making a post there. Its been a while since I installed this mod myself so Im not that update with the best way to install anymore.

The download site wont work anymore, any other options to get it with .exe instead of a .rar? For the MOS, when you go and click download website link, it wont work.

yep thats all you need to do to run the cleaner try running the mod now. if you still encounter issues make a post on the TWC in the Third Age forums.

Heya Lionheart, thanks alot for the guide yet I have a problem. After I downloaded the game I followed this mod to get third age total war. Yet now that part 1 and 2 + the two patches are added it still stops with a error when I try to load the game. Right after the mini menu of MTW 2 kingdoms, I select Americas as I took those for the third age mod. But after it shows that the game is loading it tell's me it is got a error and won't work. Could you help me out? Or if some one got's awnser and is reading this comment please give me a comment to advice what to do.

So, I've been having a problem where whenever I start a campaign, It goes back to the single player menu,
THIS IS HOW TO FIX THAT

 Go to
This file is located in the following place on my computer:
C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total
Then delete the Map.rwm.

My game wont even open up, and i have Windows 8, and people say that Windows 8 has some sort of problem launching old games. If that might be the problem, and if somebody knows how to fix it, please PM me. I really wanna play this Game/Mod.

Thank you much man. This realy helped me due to teh fact that i couldnt open the mod up. So i was forced to reinstall and this showed me how to do it to perfection. I LOVE you for that :D

Have you run the Cleaner.bat file located in your Third Age folder?
