Woman killed in Hernando County home invasion stemming from social media post

Three men were arrested after officials say they shot two women at a home in Spring Hill on Wednesday. Deputies confirmed that the attack was targeted all because of a social media post.

Us teenagers think they can post what they want on social media and parents don't have the right to tell us what we can and can't post.

But in reality they are trying to prevent things like this from happening because of what they posted online!

This is a very serious issue! I personally had nine show up at my home and now have a FIVE YEAR order of protection after a one year !! This is serious and many are mentally ill and chemically addicted ! Some as in my situation become VERY OBSESSED ! I am thankful that the laws are catching up with online stalking !!

I continue to not feel safe as the person continues to stalk me even after a conviction of stalking !! Social media is not safe whatsoever!

I learned along time ago that a person doesn't have to kiss and tell about everything. Especially on social media. Also i think when organizing a tour of people's homes fancy homes where people come in and they show off their homes and things are absolutely stupid. I think it's great that the victims fought back, somewhat successfully, but the best defense is not to attract attention from such unsavory characters in the first place. I don't care if they were 'hos; they're human beings and didn't deserve to die and get seriously hurt.
