Worst part about newer horror films is the dependence on cgi to look realistic. Sometimes it works, sometimes not but it's a shame the dependence on it instead of practical effects.

the descent 1 and 2 are pretty good film both are as good as each other so i am hoping this film is as good

Dang - was really hoping it wouldn't turn into an 'Aliens' vibe rather than the initial thought that it would be more like an 'Alien' vibe. It's just an us-versus-them shoot'em up action slasher? Preliminarily about as deep as a puddle. Unfortunate, but maybe I'll check it out when it's free to watch in a few years.

What's the verdict lads? I actually thought this was pretty fun. The ending was a bit rushed, but it had some good action. Monsters looked 👍, reminded me of Doom video game kinda.

looks good, possibly a return to form for Marshall but casting his bird might just turn out to be a bad move, Charlotte Kirk simply cannot act.

I love it when the obligatory lead English actress in a Hollywood movie speaks in her natural regional accent and not in an acquired hoity toity posh accent. And btw, she is so darned pretty.
