Consumer Rights Under the CCPA

There are 6 rights that you’ll need to facilitate for your users:

1. The right to notice
2. The right to know
3. The right to delete
4. The right to opt out
5. The right to opt in for minors
6. The right to non-discrimination

Each right comes with different requirements for how you make them available to your users. When your users exercise these rights, you’ll need to take steps to honor them.
