Making Thor's Hammer Out Of Wood

Today I'll be making Thor's hammer out of wood.

this was a really fun project because for one I've never done a hammer before and two I've never done the stippling technique that I used on the beveled edges before either. that technique took a really long time but the results were well worth it in the end.

and naturally i torched the whole thing because its not a project of mine if i don't but also i feel like it made the whole piece feel that much more rustic but refined at the same time.

i definitely want to make a standard mallet sometime in the future because i did enjoy making this one so much.

That was 😎! Man that stippling must have taken ages like you said! Wow, that’s dedication! But worth it 😁

Great job mate! :D
I recommend getting a set of those diamond bits for your dremel tool.
They cut through wood like butter and leave a relativley smooth surface that's easier to finish. :)
Especially handy when working with soft woods.
