Being a medical student.. I cracked neet on 2023... I slept for 6 hrs daily because it affected my studies deeply. I couldn't understand or memorize concepts especially botany and physics. So I want to say to all aspirants that how many hours you studied doesn't depend.. how much u studied at that little time depend. I studied 13 hrs daily with 6 hrs sleep. Plz don't sacrifice too much ur sleep. I am experienced by it thats why I'm saying...❤

I honestly dont follow any timetable. I decide the portion I have to cover up and I don't sleep until its done sometime it takes 12-14 hours with little breaks for eating and most of the times I study while eating too....

6 am fresh up
6:30 am Study
8:00 Breakfast
8:30 ready for class
9 am to 1pm class
1:30 -2:15 lunch
2:30 -3:30 power nap
4pm -7:30 study ( 10-15 min break if necessary)
7:30-8:15 dinner
8:45 study
11:55 sleep

8 hrs for study and 7hrs for sleep nap atleast for beginners (atleast 5hrs of study will be utilized better than sitting idle)

Try keeping the alarm far away from bed so that you'll have to get up b4 ppl start to scold you to shut off the alarm.after that don't go and sit in the bed instead make your bed and wash your face b4 u get lazy.

Make separate routine for holidays utilize the class time for self study and other activities like yoga, walk, small chats with your family and friends you are also a human.

Make hay while the sun shine

As you sow so shall you reap

Do your best and God will do the rest

Be your own cheerleader

Rest when tired but don't give up!

And don't forget to revise even the genius of genius ppl doesn't forget to revise the same thing.
