To everyone who is not getting the puzzle.
there is a weather report on the desk(where there is vise) it has the dates and wind condition. Confirm tje in-game date in which you are escaping. By doing this you get the directions(north south and so) from the fire estinguisher cabinet you'll get the directions. according to that match the numbers on the wall. Example: if the passcode is: north, west, east, south & the number 8 is on the north wall than the password starts with an 8

There is a one more path for escaping.. When you're in lift.. Try to use that axe on the wall while going down.. The wall will break
