Good morning! My fav dish in my summer 'kitchen' is tomato salad. Made with plum tomatoes, sliced, and lots of garlic and fresh basil, olive oil! There's nothing new here EXCEPT: the ice cubes I throw in. Not too many. Go easy on the salt. Get some good dunking bread and you're in heaven!

Wonderful recipe. The only thing I did differently is roasted the red pepper, garlic and onion. I can’t eat raw onion or garlic so I just roast them. It works and I don’t want to give up those amazing flavors. 😊❤🎉
